Counter top paper towel holder with heart. The base of this paper towel holder is hand cut from 3/16" steel plate, formed to rise slightly off the counter, and stamped with our signature flower and heart stamps. 3/8" square rod is dimpled and a heart formed at the top to hold the roll of paper towels. Tumbled to bring out the natural beauty of the steel.
